I am Stéphane, I have more than
fifteen years of experience in customer experience. I started my career as a consultant
for almost ten years at Genesys, People Soft and Prosodie. I joined Webhelp in 2007 to structure
pre-sales activities, project and innovation. In 2014 I take commercial responsibility
of one of our Business Units and today I’m lucky to launch The Nest by Webhelp. The Nest by Webhelp is an accelerator
of the customer experience of start-ups. We make sure that the customer experience
for start-ups is a memorable event for their customers. We include mentoring, support
on the fundraising phases and also coworking sessions around customer experience. We mainly target
start-ups that have already completed one or two fundraisings around one million euros, and having a real subject around the customer experience. Our goal is to support ten
